I spoke to nearly 25 vendors for years throughout this process and the minute Erika reached out to me on a cold email and I decided to work with her, it was as if she's an American entpreneur herself and knew all the nuances that we seek. I made the mistake with ordering in Shanghai instad of Shenzhen which would add an additional 1000 miles to my sea freight cost but because Erika was an expcetional representative, I decided to stay with her instead of finding another factory in Shenzhen that was closer to my port. I highly recommend requesting her. She is truly amazing.
